Wow, what a beautiful wedding! Christine and Marvell celebrated their wedding amongst friends and family at the beautiful Wild Rose venue in Arlington! Check out the amazing photography from Sean Hoyt. Don’t you l-o-v-e the bright green bridesmaids dresses and purple flowers? So cheerful and unexpected! Of course I’d expect nothing less from this fun, beautiful bride!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Serendipity Photography and a wonderful young lady named Kassandra! Kassandra is a senior in high school this year and wanted to have the most awesome senior portrait session she could think of! I was lucky enough to have been asked to support this amazing girl and her dream for an interesting, lively set of portraits! She is bound to be the hit of her school this year!

Today I spent the morning downtown Seattle at the Women’s University Club with Ashley Crabtree and her group of beautiful bridesmaids! What a fantastic venue: a beautiful old building in the heart of downtown with antique furnishings and loads of light everywhere! The girls were amazing: every single one of them looked like a supermodel! I can’t wait to see some of their photos by Barbie Hull Photography! Our day started early at 7:30am, and by 11, I was on my way to my next wedding in Snohomish!
Janelle Kaldestad’s wedding was up at Lord Hill Farms in Snohomish. What a beautiful piece of countryside! It was an amazing day for an outdoor wedding, and the ceremony was set up to overlook beautiful farmland. Lord Hill Farms has an old barn they’ve converted into a reception hall and it looked great! The wedding party looked fabulous and it was so much fun to work with them!
The grand total for today is 15 faces! I had the best time and am so blessed I get the opportunity to do this kind of work. Pictures to follow!

I’m a little behind in my posts, so I’m backtracking a bit. A couple weekends ago, I was fortunate enough to work with two great brides and their wedding parties! It was a busy day of back to back weddings, but it was so much fun!
Kari got married at First Lutheran of Richmond Beach! She had 5 bridesmaids, all dressed in beautiful red dresses! Everyone was super calm and excited for the big day! Kari was super easy-going, and trusted me fully with her look. I used a beatiful shimmery-peach eyeshadow on her lids, complemented by a faint purple in her crease to bring out the green in her eyes. She looked amazing!
My next wedding was over the river and through the woods, at Snoqualmie Falls! What a beatiful location! It was nice and warm that day, and the Falls were packed! Lots of tourists and such a beatiful view! Morgan had reserved one of the only suites at the hotel and it overlooked the Falls. Morgan’s wedding was an evening wedding, and she wanted to go all out! Morgan is truely a girl after my own heart….she is a MAC fiend! She’s got a kit that rivals mine, which is saying a lot! We went with a beatufiul grey-smokey eye for evening drama and a very light pink glossy lip. She looked fantastic!
At Morgan’s wedding, I was fortunate enough to spend some time with her photographers, Steve Smith Photography out of Tacoma. They were such nice guys, and I can’t wait to see their photos! They were getting some great shots, and from what I’ve seen on their website, they’re going to be amazing!
Pictures to follow, stay tuned!

I spent the morning today working with a Seattle couple who are starting their own clothing line! It was so much fun! The line is called Locarri, and they’re working on creating their online presence as we speak!
Locarri has the cutest dresses, jeans, tops, jewelery….everything! We spent this morning with several models shooting all their clothing, and I can’t wait until it is online so I can buy some of it!
They’re going to have some great deals once they get up and running! Stay tuned for a link to their site!
